Origin
The Nephrolepis exaltata 'Boston', also known as the Boston fern, originates from the humid, tropical regions of South and Central America, the Caribbean, and Florida. Over the centuries, the plant has spread to different parts of the world, especially areas with a similar climate.

Characteristics
The Nephrolepis exaltata 'Boston' is a type of fern characterised by its long, feathery leaves that hang in an elegant arch. At its full glory, the plant can reach a height of 80 to 90 cm and a width of 60 to 150 cm. A peculiar characteristic of this fern is that it produces spores rather than seeds for reproduction, which is common for most types of ferns. Moreover, the plant is known for its air-purifying properties.

Care
The Boston fern is relatively easy to are for but does' require relatively high humidity, something that needs to be replicated in indoor situations.
