Origin
The Scindapsus pictus 'Trebie' is an indoor plant that originally hails from Southeast Asia. This plant species often grows there as an epiphyte in the rainforest, where it clings to trees. The Scindapsus pictus 'Trebie' is a variety of the Scindapsus pictus, also known as the silk Pothos.

Characteristics
The Scindapsus pictus 'Trebie' stands out for its heart-shaped leaves, which have a silvery sheen and are decorated with a characteristic pattern of dark green spots. The plant has a climbing growth habit, with a tendency to grow lengthways and can therefore take on drapery-like shapes. The total height can vary from 60 cm to 1.2 m, depending on the care and conditions.

Care
An easy going houseplant, Scindapsus pictus 'Trebie' needs a light spot and the soil should be allowed to dry out between waterings. If the plant grows too quickly, it can easily be pruned back. The pruning waste can then be reused for propagation.
