Returns:
We guarantee that every plant will arrive in good health, and all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival.
We love our plants and want to ensure that you do as well! We will happily send you a replacement plant free of charge in the unlikely event that your plant arrives with health issues.
Any mistreatment of your items within the first 30 days will void your 30 day guarantee.
If your plant arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 30 days ago, please capture a few photos of your damaged item. Then, contact customer support along your order number and photos of the damaged item.
