Returns
30 Day Guarantee
We guarantee that every plant will arrive in good health, and all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival. We take great pride in the care of our plants in our greenhouses as in the shipping & delivery.
Plants don’t love drastic changes to their environment so some weariness or minor cosmetic blemishes are to be expected. It may take a few days or weeks for your plant to adjust to its new home and thrive.
We love our plants and want to ensure that you do as well! We will happily send you a replacement plant free of charge in the unlikely event that your plant arrives dead.
Any mistreatment of your items within the first 30 days will void your 30 day guarantee.
If your plant arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 30 days ago, please capture a few photos of your damaged item. Then, contact customer support along your order number and photos of the damaged item.
